Single Guy’s Kitchen

My name is Zachary and I was born in Danville, VA and raised in Raleigh, NC.  I’m 23 years old and currently reside in Augusta, GA where I am an engineer.  I started cooking my sophomore year to Georgia Tech and have enjoyed it ever since.  I watch way too much Food Network.  Alton Brown and Paula Deen are cooks I aspire to be like.  I enjoy Southern cooking primarily but will try other things as they interest me.

I consider myself a connoisseur of BBQ (go to Lexington, NC for the best) and Sweet Tea (Wife Saver right here in Augusta is pretty damn good).  If you have any suggestions or recommendations of things you’d like me to try or talk about don’t hesitate to ask.  I’m always looking for new recipes or new ideas in the kitchen.
