Hey there

Came across your website while looking up vegan recipes.

I go to a restaurant (Brisbane, Australia) that makes pancakes just like this, but with your suggestion of strawberries, blueberries, banana, and maple syrup.

Tastes devine, and I have it every time I go there.

Ciao

Nice writeup. I'm having trouble visualizing huge banana slices floating around in the middle of a pancake and it not falling apart when trying to flip it.

Maybe I just slice my bananas too big.
